To log into your account: Use your Primary Phone number on record with Milaca High School as the User ID and your Password is your students Date of Birth converted to six digits as follows: e.g. 08/11/1995 has been converted to a password of 081195 or 05/22/2000 converted to 052200 and a date of 12/09/1998 has been converted to 120998. 

Remember to change your Password once you login to the system as a first time visitor to this site.    

If you cannot retrieve your student account information by using the Forgotten Password function or using the student's Primary Household Phone number and Date of Birth, please contact the activities department so they can create an account for your student – or (320) 982-7307. Foreign exchange students and students at CCS will need to call to have an account created if they are new to MHS activities.

After you have logged into ‘My Account’ as directed above:
Step 1 - Read League Rules
Step 2 - Pay Annual Activity Fee
Click on Activity Registration tab, select Step 2 to select Activity, then Select Annual Per-Student Fee-PAY FIRST! Choose whether you want to pay online with a credit card or in the office. Then, select the grade level and correct lunch status for your student. Add the item to your cart, and be sure to click next, and check out to move on to next step.
Step 3 - Select your sport or activity under Activity Registration tab, complete required forms. The system will move you through this process. Be sure to check out at the very end (scroll down).
Step 4 - Print Receipt
