A.   Approval of the Playground Bid with Eagle Construction, in the Amount of $390,500
This amount includes Nexus’s recommendation of add alternative #1 – Playground Surface Detail at a cost of $7,500.
 
Discussion
A motion is in order to approve the playground bid with Eagle Construction, in the amount of $390,500.
