We are accepting proposals for the lease of approximately twenty (20) acres of tillable farmland, Property parcels P/O W 1/2 NW 1/4, 35-38-27, PID 11-035-0502 for the purpose of crop production. The term of this lease is for one year commencing on June 1, 2023 and continuing through May 31, 2024, with options to renew at the District’s discretion for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. A Land Lease Quote Form outlining the specifications of the least and a map showing the location of the parcel can be found below.
Interested parties should fill out and submit the Land Lease Quote Form to Business Manager, Christina Wordes, no later than Monday, May 15, 2023 by 1:00 PM.
