Rocket Math

Rocket Math is a program designed to increase fluency (speed and accuracy) with the basic math facts. We spend the first part of the year with the addition facts. By second semester, we begin introducing the multiplication facts. Rocket Math is excellent because it only introduces one or two new facts per level or letter. This allows students to continue reviewing their learned facts and only concentrate on a few new facts at a time. The flashcards are grouped to follow the Rocket Math sequence. When using these flashcards, have your child use the cards for the letter test they are currently working on, or the ones that came before it alphabetically.
