This is an introduction quarter of instruction in keyboarding and computers. Students will learn keyboarding skills with emphasis will be placed on accuracy, speed improvements over time, and proofreading/editing skills. They will work the Google Suite to improve their abilities to successfully use: Docs, Sheets, Slides and, Drawing. Digital Citizenship will also be covered to help students use technology responsibly.

• Daily Assignments:  A variety of class assignments will be given throughout the course.  If you utilize your class time effectively, there will be little outside homework to do.  
• Typing Effort: You will be required to have 10 min of typing per day unless otherwise discussed with the teacher.
• Projects:  projects, will be given to check for comprehension of materials.
