With increasing allergies and other medical concerns, we need to be aware of special dietary needs for the safety of your child. Notifying us of any special dietary needs your child has ensures that they can still enjoy nutritious and delicious meals while avoiding any potential allergens or foods that could negatively impact their health. Please fill out our Special Diet Statement located below or call (320) 982-7302 and a copy of the form will be mailed to you. It must be filled out by the parent and a physician according to state requirements.
