*CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT WITH SCSU Teacher: Patti Voigt Grade Level: 11-12 Prerequisite: GPA top 1/3% Juniors; GPA top 1/2 % Seniors Instructor Permission Course Description: This course will examine the science that studies human society and social behavior. Some of the various topics include cultural diversity, our social structure, socialization, crime and deviance, racial and ethnic relations, gender, age, and health issues. *Students enrolling in this class would also be enrolled in the Introduction of Psychology Course #115 at St. Cloud State University and will receive 3 college credits upon passing the course. This course will be taught at Milaca High School with visits to St. Cloud State University campus, and SCSU professor visits at MHS.
